Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Generations account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and use your tracking number to monitor the progress until your refund is processed.
